Where are you located?

Culture Thread is an online retail company only. All clothing is manufactured and distributed out of Kansas City. 

Do you ship outside of Kansas City?

Yes - we process and ship orders anywhere in the United States, the United Kingdom, and to Canada.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within (7-14)  business days. When your order has been packaged, and a label has been created for your tracking number, you will receive an email confirmation with that information.  We ship most orders via USPS priority mail.  Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 1-3 business days after receiving tracking number.  International customers usually receive their purchases within 7-10 business days. Tie Dye and Bleached items can take 7 - 14 business day until recieved.

 

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide an explanation.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

What if I never received my package? 

If you never received your package, please read the email that was sent to you at the time you purchased. If your tracking information says delivered and you have NOT received anything please contact your local USPS. We are not held responsible for you putting in the wrong address.

What happens if my package is returned to Culture Thread?

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee.  For international orders, if your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping charge as well as the return shipping charge assessed by our carrier. 

 

When will you get more of an item that is sold out?

Restocks of styles and/or sizes depends on final availability. We cannot predict or say when styles or sizes will be back in stock or available in a specific size. Keep checking back daily to check for restocks or feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a return policy for store credit only. Please review the details below...

Eligibility for returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Store Credit Terms: Store credit can be used for future purchases at Culture Threads. Store Credit does not expire and is non-transferable.
