ORDERING 
All products on Culturethread.org are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability. (we are not held responsible if YOU put in the wrong address, So please double check)

SHIPPING
All packages are processed for shipping within 3-4 business days of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Culturethread.org. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

• Eligibility for returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Store Credit Terms: Store credit can be used for future purchases at Culture Threads. Store Credit does not expire and is non-transferable.

USE RESTRICTIONS
In the event of a package is returned by USPS, you will be held responsible for shipping rates of 8.99 to ship to the correct address or you will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, we will contact you to confirm receipt. If package is lost or damaged please contact us. ( We are not held responsible for you typing in the wrong address)
