How long does shipping take? ▾
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping? ▾
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on customs in your country.
Can I track my order? ▾
Absolutely. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check spam or search “Culture Threads.”
What sizes do you carry? ▾
We stock sizes Small through 6XL so everyone can rep Culture Threads with the perfect fit.
Do your shirts run true to size? ▾
Most of our apparel is true-to-size. For an oversized look, we suggest ordering one size up.
What is your return & exchange policy? ▾
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Email support@culturethreads.com to start.
Are sale items returnable? ▾
Final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
What garments do you print on? ▾
We use premium blanks like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Comfort Colors for comfort and durability.
Are your designs original? ▾
Yes! Every design is created in-house with a Kansas City twist. You won’t find them anywhere else.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
