You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return eligible items for store credit. Store credit can be used toward a different size or a different design—your choice.

Start a Return

Three quick steps

Email us to open your return. Include your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, the reason, and the tracking number if you have it.

Per our policy, please email us when your return has started and include the tracking number.

Ship the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt.

We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking enabled.

Receive store credit. Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll issue store credit to the email on your order—typically within 2–3 business days.
Eligibility

What can be returned?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags/packaging should be included.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Exclusions

What can’t be returned?

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional giveaway items.
  • Customized/personalized items.
  • Items showing wear, odors, stains, or damage.

How store credit works

All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit. You can use it to:

  • Exchange for a different size.
  • Choose a different design.

Store credit never expires and can be applied at checkout just like a gift card.
