You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return eligible items for store credit. Store credit can be used toward a different size or a different design—your choice.

Three quick steps
Per our policy, please email us when your return has started and include the tracking number.
We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking enabled.
What can be returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags/packaging should be included.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
What can’t be returned?
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional giveaway items.
- Customized/personalized items.
- Items showing wear, odors, stains, or damage.
How store credit works
All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit. You can use it to:
- Exchange for a different size.
- Choose a different design.
Store credit never expires and can be applied at checkout just like a gift card.

Can I get a refund to my original payment method?No. Our policy issues store credit only for returns started within 30 days of delivery.
How long does it take to get my credit?Most credits are issued within 2–3 business days after the return is delivered and passes inspection.
Who pays for return shipping?The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable method and email us the tracking number.
How do I start my return?Email us with your order number, item(s), reason, and tracking number. We’ll confirm next steps.
