Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with Culture Threads! If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1) Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

2) What’s Eligible

  • Full-price apparel in new condition.
  • Wrong size or ordered the wrong item.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (on us).

3) What’s Not Eligible

  • Final-sale/clearance items (unless defective).
  • Custom/personalized items.
  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, altered, or show odors/pet hair.

4) Exchanges

  • Free exchanges for size or color on the same item, while supplies last.
  • If the exact item isn’t available, we can offer store credit or a refund.

5) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return to process it. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • If we made a mistake (wrong/defective item), we cover return shipping.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind/fit), return shipping is paid by the customer. Need a label? We can provide one and deduct the cost from your refund.

7) Start a Return

Email customersolutions@culturethreads.org with your order number, item(s), and reason (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind). We’ll reply with simple next steps and, if applicable, a return label.

8) Packaging Tips

  • Reuse the original mailer/box when possible.
  • Include your order number inside the package.

9) Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace, exchange, or refund.

10) Lost or “Delivered” but Missing Packages

First, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing, email us and we’ll assist with next steps and a claim.

11) Late/Missing Refunds
