Ordered 2 t shirts and I received 1 crew neck. I immediately contacted customer service but haven’t heard back 4 days later. Really dissapointed with it all went.

Ordered on 9/20, shipping label created on 9/28 but the USPS has yet to receive the item. Reached out to the company, stated my order would ship out on 10/15 but USPS has yet to receive my order. I keep receiving emails to review products I have not received. I feel as if my order will never arrive.
